【摘要】:Theprimaryuseofthisguideistoprovideastandardizedapproachforthedatafiletobeusedforthetransferofdigitalultrasonicdatafromoneusertoanotherwherethetwousersareworkingwithdissimilarultrasonicsystems.Thisguidedescribesthecontents,bothrequiredandoptional,foranintermediatedatafilethatcanbecreatedfromthenativeformatoftheultrasonicsystemonwhichthedatawascollectedandthatcanbeconvertedintothenativeformatofthereceivingultrasonicordataanalysissystem.Thedevelopmentoftranslatorsoftwaretoaccomplishthesedataformatconversionsisbeingaddressedunderaseparateeffort;thiswillincludespecificitemsneededforthedatatransfer,forexample,languageused,memoryrequirementsandintermediatespecification,includingdetaileddataformatsandstructures.Thsguidewillalsobeusefulinthearchivalstorageandretrievalofultrasonicdataaseitheradataformatspecifierorasaguidetothedataelementsthatshouldbeincludedinthearchivalfile.Althoughtherecommendedfieldlistingincludesmorethan120items,onlyaboutonethirdofthoseareregardedasessentialandmarkedwithFootnoteCinTable1.Fieldssomarkedmustbeaddressedinthedatabase.Theotherrecommendedfieldsprovideadditionalinformationthatauserwillfindhelpfulinunderstandingtheultrasonicexaminationresult.Theseheaderfielditemswill,inmostcases,makeuponlyaverysmallpartofanultrasonicexaminationfile.Theactualstreamofultrasonicdatathatmakeuptheimagewilltakeupthelargestpartofthedatabase.Sinceanultrasonicimagefilewillnormallybelarge,theconceptofdatacompressionwillbeconsideredinmanycases.Compresseddatashouldbenoted,alongwithadescriptionofthecompressionmethod,asindicatedinFieldNo.122.Thisguidedescribesthestructureofadatafileforalloftheultrasonicinformationcollectedinasinglescan.Somesystemsrecordmultipleinspectionresultsduringasinglescan.Forexample,throughtransmissionattenuationdataaswellaspulseechothicknessdatamayberecordedatthesametime.Thesedatamaybestoredinseparateimageplanes;seeFieldNo.102.Inothersystems,completedigitizedwaveformsmayberecordedateachinspectionpoint.Itisrecognizedthatthecompleteexaminationrecordmaycontainseveralfiles,forexample,forthesameexaminationmethodindifferentobjectareas,withorwithoutimageprocessing,fordifferentexaminationmethods(through-transmission,pulse-echo,radiologic,infrared,etc.)collectedduringthesameorduringdifferentscansessions,andforvariationswithinasinglemethod(frequencychange,etc.).Informationabouttheexistenceofotherimages/examinationrecordsfortheexaminedobjectshouldbenotedintheappropriatefields.Asingleimageplanemaybeonecreatedbyoverlayingorprocessingresultsformultipleexaminationapproaches,forexampledatafusion.Forsuchimages,thenotessectionsmustclearlystatehowtheimageforthisfilewascreated.TABLE1FieldListingFieldNumberAFieldNameandDescriptionDataType/UnitsBHeaderInformation:
