【摘要】:ThispartofISO8038specifiesthedimensionsofscrewthreadtypeRMSasonetypeofthreadforconnectingamicroscopeobjectivetothenosepiece.NOTE1ThevaluesgiveninthispartofISO8038conform,exceptforthelengthofthethreadlug,totheinternationallyusedscrewthreadlaiddownbytheMicroscopicalSocietyofLondonin1858,andpublished[1]astheRoyalMicroscopicalSocietyStandard(RMSStandard)in1936.Theuseofthisscrewthreadisrecommendedformicroscopesunlessotherfittingsarerequiredforopticalordesignreasons.NOTE2Aspecificcombinationofeyepiece,objectiveandtubelens(ifprovided,e.g.infinityoptics)isfrequentlyusedtocorrectaberrations.Thereforethecombinationofanobjectivefromonemanufacturer,althoughconformingtothispartofISO8038,andaneyepiecefromanothermanufacturermaycauselossofimagequality.ObjectivesandeyepiecesofonemanufacturercanbecombinedwithmicroscopesofanothermanufactureriftheyconformtothispartofISO8038andalsotoISO9345-1[2].note:1)ThemaximumlengthofthethreadlugaccordingtothispartofISO8038is5mm.TheRMSStandardspecifiesthelengthofthethreadas3,175mmandlengthoftheguidecylinderas2,540mm,givingatotalof5,715mm.
