【摘要】:ThispartofISO14620concernsthesafetyliabilitiesforcountriesundertakingspaceactivitiesorallowingoperatorstoperformspaceactivitiesonorfromtheirterritoryunderouterspacetreatiesadoptedbytheUnitedNations.Itde-finesthesafetyresponsibilitiesfortheoperatorsinvolvedincommercialornon-commercialspacelaunchactivities.ThispartofISO14620establishestheoverallsafetyrequirementstobeobservedonalaunchsiteforprelaunch(in-tegration,test,checking,preparation,etc.)andlaunchoperationsofaspaceobject.Itprovidesthebasicprinciplestoenableanyoperatortoimplementitsownsafetymethods,tools,andprocedures,toensurethesafetyofpeopleandpersonnel,publicandprivateproperty,andtheenvironment,inaconsistentanduniformmanner.

【摘要】:Theconductivityofelectrocoatbathsresultsfromthepresenceofionicspeciesinthebath,whichcomefromthevehicleandfromthepresenceofimpuritiespresentasionizableacids,bases,salts,orcombinationsofthese.Thepresenceofexcessiveamountsofionicimpuritiesisdetrimentaltotheapplicationandperformancepropertiesofelectrocoatingpaints.Thetestissuitableforuseinresearch,production,qualitycontrolandelectrocoatbathprocesscontrol.OtherrelatedmethodsfordeterminingtheelectricalconductivityofwateraredescribedinTestMethodsD1125.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationoftheelectricalconductivityofelectrocoatbathsorultrafiltratesamplesusingcommerciallyavailableequipment.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
