【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestheminimumrequirementsforsteelsheet,incoilsandcutlengths,metallic-coatedbythecontinuoushot-dipprocess,withzinc-5%aluminiumalloycoating.2Theproductisintendedforapplicationsrequiringcorrosionresistance,formabilityandpaintability.3Thesteelsheetisproducedinanumberofqualitiesandgrades,coatingmass,surfacetreatmentsandcoatingconditionsdesignedtobecompatiblewithdifferingapplicationrequirements.4Theproductisproducedintwotypes:—T1:zinc-5%aluminium-mischmetalalloycoating,—T2:zinc-5%aluminium-0,1%magnesiumalloycoating.NOTETheremaybedifferencesinproductcharacteristicsbetweenType1andType2coatedsteelsheet,dependingontheintendedapplication.5Zinc-5%aluminiumalloycoatedsteelsheetisproducedinthicknessesupto5mmaftercoating,andinwidthsof600mmandoverincoilsandcutlengths.Zinc-5%aluminiumalloycoatedsteelsheetlessthan600mmwidemaybeslitfromwidesheetandwillbeconsideredassheet.6Thethicknessofzinc-5%aluminiumalloycoatedsheetsteelmaybespecifiedasacombinationofthebasemetalandmetalliccoating,orasthebasemetalalone.Thepurchasershallindicateontheorderwhichmethodofspecifyingthicknessisrequired.Intheeventthatthepurchaserdoesnotindicateanypreference,thethicknessasacombinationofthebasemetalandcoatingwillbeprovided.AnnexAdescribestherequirementsforspecifyingthethicknessofthebasemetalalone.7Zinc-5%aluminiumalloycoatedsteelsheetmaybeorderedinoneoftwoconditionsasdescribedin4.2.1:a)ConditionA)Steelorderedtosatisfymechanicalpropertyrequirements,b)ConditionB)Steelwhenorderedtomakeanidentifiedpart.8Zinc-5%aluminiumalloycoatedsteelsheetisavailableinseveralfabricationqualities.—Commercial:intendedforgeneralfabricationpurposes,wheresheetisusedintheflatorforbendingormoderateforming.—Drawing:intendedforfabricatingpartswheredrawingorsevereformingmaybeinvolved.—Deepdrawing-aluminiumkilled(non-aging):intendedforfabricatingpartswhereparticularlyseveredrawingorformingmaybeinvolvedoressentialfreedomfromagingisrequired.—Extradeepdrawing(stabilizedinterstitialfree):intendedforapplicationsrequiringinterstitial-freesteel(IF)whichisnon-agingandhasmaximumformability.—Structural:zinc-5%aluminiumalloycoatedsteelsheetisproducedinsixgradesasdefinedbyaminimumyieldstress.
