【摘要】:ThispartofISO21438specifiesamethodforthedeterminationofthetime-weightedaveragemassconcentrationofsolubleparticulatefluoridesandhydrofluoricacid(HF)inworkplaceairbycollectionoftheparticulatefluoridesonapre-filterandHFonanalkali-impregnatedfilterandanalysisbyionchromatography.Themethodisonlyapplicabletodeterminationofparticulatefluoridesthataresolubleusingthesamplepreparationprocedurespecified.Foraerosolsampling,themethodisapplicabletothepersonalsamplingoftheinhalablefractionofairborneparticles,asdefinedinISO7708,andtostatic(area)sampling.Themethodisapplicabletothedeterminationofmassesof0,005mgtoatleast1,25mgofparticulatefluoridespersampleand0,0125mgtoatleast1,2mgofHFpersample.TheconcentrationrangeofparticulatefluoridesandHFinairforwhichthemeasuringprocedureisapplicableisdeterminedbythesamplingmethodselectedbytheuser.Fora120lairsample,theworkingrangeisapproximately0,04mgm?3toatleast10mgm?3forparticulatefluoridesandapproximately0,13mgm?3toatleast10mgm?3forHF.HFcanreactwithco-sampledparticulatematteronthepre-filter,causinganinterferenceonthemeasuredconcentration.
