适用范围
本标准规定了测定食品中有机酸(酒石酸、苹果酸、柠檬酸、丁二酸)的高效液相色谱法。本标准适用于果蔬及其制品、饮料等食品中有机酸含量的测定。本方法的检出限为:酒石酸0.1μg/mL、苹果酸0.3μg/mL、柠檬酸0.51μg/mL、丁二酸2.01μg/mL。
