【摘要】:ThispartofISO24014providesthebasisforthedevelopmentofmulti-operator/multi-serviceInteroperablepublicsurface(includingsubways)transportFareManagementSystems(IFMSs)onanationalandinternationallevel.ThispartofISO24014isapplicabletobodiesinpublictransportandrelatedserviceswhichagreethattheirsystemsneedtointeroperate.WhilethispartofISO24014doesnotimplythatexistinginteroperablefaremanagementsystemsneedtobechanged,itapplies,sofarasitispracticallypossible,toextensionsofthese.ThispartofISO24014coversthedefinitionofaconceptualframework,whichisindependentoforganisationalandphysicalimplementation.AnyreferencewithinthispartofISO24014toorganisationalorphysicalimplementationispurelyinformative.TheobjectiveofthispartofISO24014istodefineareferencefunctionalarchitectureforIFMSsandtoidentifytherequirementsthatarerelevanttoensureInteroperabilitybetweenseveralActorsinthecontextoftheuseofelectronictickets.TheIFMSincludesallthefunctionsinvolvedinthefaremanagementprocess,suchas-managementofApplication;-managementofProducts;-securitymanagement;-certification,registrationandidentification.ThispartofISO24014definesthefollowingmainelements:-identificationofthedifferentfunctionalentitiesinrelationtotheoverallfaremanagementsystem;-agenericmodelofIFMSdescribingthelogicalandfunctionalarchitectureandtheinterfaceswithinthesystemandwithotherIFMSs;-UseCasesdescribingtheinteractionsanddataflowsbetweenthedifferentfunctionalentities;-securityrequirements.ThispartofISO24014excludesconsiderationof-thephysicalMediumanditsmanagement;-thetechnicalaspectsoftheinterfacebetweentheMediumandtheMediumAccessDevice;-thedataexchangesbetweentheMediumandtheMediumAccessDevice;NOTEThedataexchangesbetweentheMediumandtheMediumAccessDeviceareproposedbyotherstandardisationcommittees.-thefinancialaspectsoffaremanagementsystems(e.g.customerpayments,methodofpayment,settlement,apportionment,reconciliation).
