【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanStandardappliesforcuttingmachinesforlaminatedglassincludingthefollowingsteps:transportandpositioning,synchronouscutting(scoring)frombothsides,break-out,electricalheatingandseparation.1.2ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththesignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttocuttingmachinesforlaminatedglasswhentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeClause4).Thosehazards,whicharedealtwithinthead-hocstandardEN619forconveyorsareexcepted.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreducerisksarisingfromthesignificanthazardsduringcommissioning,operationandmaintenance.Hazardsfromnoisearenotconsideredtobesignificant.1.3ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletocutting(scoring)andbreak-outofmonolithicglass(seeEN13035-3andEN13035-6).1.4ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletothecuttingoflaminatedglassbysawingorbytheuseofhigh-pressureliquid.1.5ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletothesignificanthazardsofconveyorsandmachinesforthemanufacture,treatmentandprocessingofflatglasssuchastiltingtables.1.6ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletocuttingmachinesforlaminatedglasswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandardbyCEN.
